Work Hours: Casual status. Employees will be called out for any available shifts based on seniority and availability.

Work Environment:
The Oncore team is made up of diverse people that work in a variety of departments. The successful candidate may be working with either the Food Services or Housekeeping Team. The Food Services team is responsible for preparing the dining room for meal service and serving three nutritious meals a day to our residents. They will work with a team filled with other Dietary Aides and Cooks all with the central goal of ensuring resident satisfaction. The housekeeping team ensures that each of our resident’s home stays tidy and clean. While most work is done independently you are still apart of a team all working towards ensuring our building is clean and healthy.
Oncore stresses a healthy work-life balance for their staff. As a casual staff member, you may be called at any time to fill in a variety of shifts. Acceptance of shifts are up to the casual’s discretion based on their availability.
Requirements:
- A Positive Attitude and the Ability to Learn New Skills
- A Proactive, Team Player
- Food Safe and WHMIS Certification
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- All Staff are Required to be Vaccinated.
- Previous Serving, Kitchen, or Housekeeping Experience would be an Asset
